As a reminder of our 

Account Credit & Prepaid Package Policy

 

 

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All account credits, prepaid packages, memberships, and promotional balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits may not be redeemed for cash, credit card reimbursement, or any other form of monetary value.

 

2. One-Year Expiration

All unused account credits, prepaid packages, and promotional balances expire twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and deemed void.

 

3. Business Closure or Dissolution

In the event the business permanently closes, dissolves, files bankruptcy, restructures, or otherwise ceases operations for any reason, any unused credits, prepaid packages, memberships, or promotional balances shall be immediately void and non-redeemable.

 

4. Dispute Period

Any disputes regarding account credits or balances must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date.

This contract policy is between Buyer and Prep and Prime only
